MILAN Italian eyewear group Luxottica said on Monday it
turned into launching new "clever" glasses for athletes with a
voice-activated training system jointly evolved by using its Oakley sports
activities emblem and chip maker Intel.
the new glasses, dubbed "Radar pace", may be sold
at the Oakley.com website and in a few stores of the Californian brand that
Luxottica acquired in 2007.
The glasses can create a customised schooling programme for
athletes through decoding information in real time.
